As a customer, you can easily share your ideas and vote on features you'd like us to add. Here’s how:
Accessing the Feature Request System:
When signed into the Case Manager, click the "Cog" icon in the upper-right corner and select "Help and Feedback."Submitting or Voting on Features:
In the dialog that appears, select "Suggest / Vote on Features." This will take you to an external system we use for collecting and prioritizing feature requests.
Once there, you can submit new ideas or vote on existing ones. Your feedback helps shape the future of our platform!
