Login to your account at Xchart.com
Select the patient you charted the anesthesia case and go into their "case summary" page.
Select the three dots to the right of the patients name.
Click "copy reference to this case"
Go back to the dashboard and go into the "case summary" page of the patient you would like this information to go into.
Select the three dots to the right of the patients name
Click "apply case data to this case"
It will show you a popup to review and confirm the data you are transferring.
If correct, click "confirm"
