Some monitors always send FiCO2 for example, even though the value may not be relevant or meaningful.

You can change your "Case Presets" to always ignore or always select certain vital types.

One other tip:

Generally you only need to add vital types that your monitor isn't going to send that you may want to track anyway, such as an ECG rhythm or sedation level. You can let the "normal" values auto-select because that way you can gradually add sensors to the patient, and it will auto-select them as they come in.
