You can change your "Case Presets" to always ignore or always select certain vital types.

Sign in and select "Case Presets" in the "Provider Settings" section of the left side navigation:

In the top section there are two different questions for always ignore and always select:

A few important notes:

  1. You can select multiple from each list. Simply hold down the "ctrl" (or cmd on mac) key while selecting.

  2. Presets will only be applied to new cases created from this point forward.

  3. Simply leaving the items "selected" is all you need to do. You'll notice a little auto-saving message appear in the bottom left corner indicating that it's saved.

  4. For "vitals to always select" we recommend only adding vital types that your monitor isn't going to send that you may want to track anyway, such as an ECG rhythm or sedation level. It's better to let the "normal" values auto select because that way you can gradually add sensors to the patient, and it will auto-select them as they come in.
