How to change the provider on an appointment

If it was scheduled incorrectly or a case ends up being handled by a different provider you can change it as follows.

Find the case in the case manager. Either using the calendar, patient search, or case search. Click it to go to its "case summary" page.

Now select the "Edit / Reschedule" button:

Then you can use the drop-down to select a different provider:
