There's a hidden menu on the Xchart desktop app that is there for debugging.

It only appears if, with the app open you hold down the shift key while repeatedly pressing the letter "D" on the keyboard.

This will cause some additional options to appear at the top of the window to the right of the "help" menu (it will look somewhat different on windows but work the same).

Now in the "Reset" menu select "Full Reset" and confirm.

You will only lose unsaved case data. Everything that has already been saved to our servers will stay there.

But, this will clear cached data on the computer running the desktop app.

This should help, if the issue is related to memory usage.
