Every state is different in what they require to have on a final sedation report. So we tried to make it easier for our clients to meet these requirements.

On your dashboard you will select your patient --> open anesthesia record. Go to Monitor Set up on the left. Select "add items to track"

Scroll to the bottom and you'll see three options to choose from. Ramsay Sedation Scale, Glasgow Coma Scale, or Ellis Sedation Score. You can choose which one you would like to have charted during the procedure.
