What you will need:
Wireless bluetooth adapter from Xchart (contact [email protected] if you need one)
Small "gender changer adapter" for DB9 (male to male)
A small flathead screwdriver
Step #1: Make sure any existing adapters/cords/plastic covers are removed from the top port of your Criticare monitor.
Step #2: Secure Gender Changer adapter with small screwdriver
Important! Make sure it doesn't say "null modem".
Step #3: Make sure Bluetooth adapter has correct "pin settings" for Criticare
The correct settings are:
top switch: right
second switch: left
third switch: right
last switch: left
Step #4: Secure bluetooth adapter to monitor with screwdriver top and bottom
Make sure it's snug enough to bite but not super tight.
Step #5: Connect the power cable

Step #7: Ensure "print" menu on your Criticare monitor is configured exactly as follows:
Interval Print: 5 seconds
Interval Print Type: Serial
Serial Format: CSV
Serial Type: Tabular
Baudrate: 38400
