If you are an organization that has multiple providers. a dropdown appears on the calendar view for your dashboard.
With this dropdown menu you can filter the calendar view to see schedules for a specific provider or for all providers.
From the dashboard of your Xchart account next to "cases" you will see a drop down arrow, click this and you can select which providers schedule you would like to see or if you want to see all your providers schedule you can select "all."
2. If you would then like to add this calendar to your google/apple calendar, to view on your phone, there is a button towards the top right of your dashboard, "google/apple calendar" you can select.
(NOTE: this can be a bit slower to update. So the scheduled case may not show up on your google calendar if you just added it the same day.)
