Adding Support for Monitors

If a monitor company would like to be compatible with Xchart we would need the following information to get set up.

In order to add support with any given monitor company, we typically need the following:

  1. Technical documentation explaining the various connectivity options and detailed explanation of the protocols and parameters used.

  2. A monitor (or multiple monitors if the protocols are different) to add to our lab. It doesn't matter if they're brand new or not but must have enough accessories so we can fully test.

  3. Potentially an integration fee. We may also require an integration fee to help cover the engineering costs (~$10k). This can potentially be waived if we feel like it has sufficient market penetration to where adding it also gives us sufficient benefit to justify the effort.

Before we get to step #2 or #3, please send all the connectivity details for the monitors you're hoping we could integrate with.

Please send all of this to our integration lead: [email protected]

Additionally, please provide some additional context about why you're wanting us to integrate with your monitors and who is asking for it.

  • Tell us about your company. Are you the manufacturer of these machines or are they produced by someone else and you're re-branding / selling them?

  • Please provide some context about the markets you are in and the types of customers you have sold these monitors to.

  • Do you have customers asking directly for Xchart support? If so, what kind of customer is it? Are they a single provider or a larger organization?

  • Do you have other customers who you would promote the existence of an Xchart integration to?
