How to invite/delete members from your organization

Inviting members to your org makes it so your team can have their own logins to allow tasks to be delegated as needed throughout the day.

Xchart allows for providers to have unlimited members under their organization so each team member can have his or her own dual authenticated account logins into Xchart. This allows for tasks to be delegated throughout the sedation process. Members can be added and removed easily by a member or provider that has "Admin" status only.

How to add a member to your organization:

  1. Login to your account at Xchart.com

  2. Go to your "Members" tab towards the left of the screen.

  3. Select "invite new member"

  4. Fill out the information. If you give a member access to be an admin they will be able to update your subscription, add/remove members from your organization, add and remove locations, create patient consent forms etc.

  5. The prospective member will then receive an email with the invitation to be a part of your organization. Make sure they check their spam as well.

  6. Upon receiving the email, simply click on the "Accept Invitation" link and follow the simple prompts.

How to delete a member from your organization:

  1. Login to your account at Xchart.com

  2. Go to your "Members" tab towards the left of the screen.

  3. Find the member you would like to remove from the organization and select his or her name.

  4. You can then remove them from your organization or you can edit their role.
