Most offices like to go through their own measures to make sure the patient and office are ready for sedation or anesthesia to begin. Here at Xchart we understand this and therefore have created a list that can be completely customizable to how your office likes to prepare. Each Xchart subscription comes with a an introductory list that we have created for you but here is how to customize it to tailor your needs.
Note: This customization can only be done by providers.
Go to Xchart.com and login to your account.
From the dashboard select "Pre-op checklist"
You can delete any items that you no longer want.
Add desired items by simply typing them in as an added line item.
The order of the list can be altered by utilizing cut and paste.
Once you are content with your list, click the bright blue "Save Preoperative Checklist" at the bottom of your edited list.
The same process is available for the "Optional Checklist"
