Steps to Get Started with Xchart and CareStack
1. Schedule Training
Book a training session to get your office ready to use Xchart with CareStack.

2. Check Equipment Compatibility
Ensure your monitor is compatible with Xchart by visiting:
https://xchart.com/automatic-monitoring
If additional equipment is required, email us at [email protected]. Include details about your monitor(s), and we’ll assist you in getting the necessary equipment.
Important: Reach out a few weeks before your CareStack go-live date to ensure enough time for shipping and setup.
3. Set Up Your Xchart Account
If you don’t have an Xchart account yet, don’t worry! You can easily create one:
Within CareStack, click the "Launch Xchart" button (found in the Clinical Case tab). This can be done with either "launch Xchart" button.
Follow the prompts to set up your organization in Xchart.
4. Linking Xchart to CareStack
